Apocalypse Now 1979

Francis Ford Coppola’s classic war movie, inspired by Joseph Conrad’s novel Heart of Darkness. Set during the Vietnam War, it tells a story of Captain Benjamin L. Willard, (Martin Sheen)   who is sent on a mission  to find and terminate Colonel Kurtz (Marlon Brando), a renegade who runs his own military  group out of Cambodia and who has gone completely insane.

Epic war drama about a group of friends, steelworkers form a small town in Pennsylvania  who enlist into the Army to fight in Vietnam. The film describes  the horrors of Vietnam War and  it’s irreversible effects. Starring  Robert De Niro, Christopher Walken, and John Savage.
